Trainee Solicitor

Irene has an MA in Russian Language, Literature and Education from Voronezh State University. Irene has completed the Common Professional Examination (CPE) at Holborn College Greenwich,London and the Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC) at the University of Westminster, London.

Irene has worked as a court associate, with Her Majesty’s Court Service, London (HMCTS) reviewing case files before cases appear in court (in both international and domestic criminal proceedings). Meeting with and informing District Judges of list content prior to court commencement of court session. Taking notes and maintaining accurate record of court hearings. Marking up case files with correct adjudication in accordance with sentence, adjournment, or other outcome, and obtaining results of cases on appeal from Crown Courts. Irene commenced her training contact with us on 07/01/2019 and will work in our Housing, Family, Immigration, Employment, probate and litigation teams.

Irene provides support on both contentious and none contentious housing and family matters. Her recent experience includes taking instructions from clients, drafting witness statements, drafting letters and assisting with client helpline queries. Irene has also attended court on housing cases and has supported with sensitive client matters
